On 03/22/2026, I, Ofc. Whiteside #542, was dispatched to 2901 Newnan Crossing Blvd. E. (Racetrac) in reference to a unknown problem. I met with the caller, who stated that the skin on his whole body was “burning.” EMS, who were on scene, stated that he was transported to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] Additionally, he was requesting a ride to Atlanta.
Upon further investigation, the caller has called 911 three previous times today stating he had an emergency. When units responded, he would request for a ride. The caller was arrested accordingly for unlawful conduct during 911 call.
The Racetrac manager requested for the caller to be criminally trespassed at this time. The caller was notified of the trespass.
