On July 13, 2026 I, Ofc. Ruck, responded to 1110 Bullsboro Dr. Newnan, GA 30265 (Publix) regarding a sexual offense. Once on scene I met with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and [REDACTED BY AGENCY]
[REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised she was in the bakery area when a male approached her and told her she had a big butt and big breasts. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised she told the male it was not okay to say that, and that is when he grabbed her breasts, waste, and butt. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised he then advised he would look for her after work and left the store.
[REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised he observed the male follow [REDACTED BY AGENCY] from the deli section to the Bakery section and stated he could see there was a struggle between [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and the male. [REDACTED BY AGENCY]
The photo I observed of the offender was a black heavyset male, wearing a blue short sleeve shirt that had the words Lost Highway in white on it, green shorts, and possibly wearing a white hat.
