On 05/27/26 at approximately 1929 hrs I was dispatched to 67 Bullsboro Dr for a report of a dispute.
I arrived on scene and made contact with Julius Sims. He stated he knew that “white b*tch” would call the police. I asked him what happened and he stated “not a god damn thing”. He then stated that he was at the buffet getting his food and the lady next to him was getting the mushrooms. He stated that he told her that he liked the mushrooms too. He said then another lady asked him what he said and he told her that he wasn’t talking to her.
I told him to hang out at his truck while I spoke with the other party. He said he was going to leave. I told him he would have to stay until I spoke to the other party. He said fine I’ll come inside with you. I told him no, and to stay outside. He said you cant tell me what to do and started walking to the front door. I instructed him to stay outside and he kept walking. I grabbed his arm and he tried to pull away. I placed him in handcuffs behind his back and adivsed him he was being detained. I secured him in the back of my patrol vehicle. Ofc. Preacher arrived on scene and stood by with him while I spoke to the other party.
I made contact with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] who stated that her daughter, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was at the buffet and heard Mr. Sims say something to her. She said she asked what he said and that is when he became irate. She stated that he yelled a cursed at them saying things like, “I’ll fu*k you up”, and “come out side and I’ll fu*k you up”. She stated he finally left while she called 911. She stated she did not understand what set him off. [REDACTED BY AGENCY]’s son, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] also comfirm her story.
I went outside and advised Mr. Sims that he was under arrest for disorderly conduct. I asked him if he needed anything from his vehicle and he stated no. His vehicle was left in the parking lot secured. I transported him to the Coweta County Jail. I searched his person and the back seat before taking him inside the booking area.
