On 23 July 2026 at approximately 6:17 PM, I, Officer Manning, responded to 212 Jefferson Parkway (Foundation Academy) regarding a vehicle versus pedestrian hit-and-run accident.
Upon my arrival, I learned from witness [REDACTED BY AGENCY] that the involved vehicle, a gold Chevrolet Tahoe, had already left the scene. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] entered the vehicle, and as they began to leave the Foundation Academy, where [REDACTED BY AGENCY], [REDACTED BY AGENCY] White exited the front doors of the building. The front passenger-side fender of the Tahoe struck [REDACTED BY AGENCY] right arm as the vehicle was pulling away. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was treated on scene by Coweta county EMS and released to [REDACTED BY AGENCY].
[REDACTED BY AGENCY] were able to make contact with [REDACTED BY AGENCY], who stated, “Oh, did we actually hit [REDACTED BY AGENCY]?” Both [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and the driver, identified as Khloe, returned to the incident location. Khloe was placed in handcuffs, which were double locked and checked for proper fit. She was then placed in the back seat of my patrol vehicle, which had been searched prior to transport, and was taken to the Coweta County Sheriff’s Office for further processing.
Khloe was cited for leaving the scene of an accident.
