On 9/9/2026 I Deputy McBrier responded to a Escort at [REDACTED BY AGENCY]

When I arrived on scene I spoke to [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] told me that she had a TPO on her ex Nicholas Chunn in which included no contact. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] said that Nicholas had contacted her mother and her today. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] showed me the texts between her mother and Nicholas. Nicholas asked [REDACTED BY AGENCY] mother if she could talk to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] about the situation with the boys and if they could figure something out. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] mother told Nicholas that it was between him and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and that she was not getting in the middle of it. Nicholas then messaged [REDACTED BY AGENCY] asking if they could come to an agreement about the boys.

A case card was given and I showed [REDACTED BY AGENCY] the victim’s advocates number on the case card and told her she could reach out to them for further.
