On 8/17/2025 at approximately I, Officer Bingham and Officer Nix were dispatched a fight in progress at the intersection of Greison Trail and Bullsboro Dr.

Upon arrival we made contact with Robert Edwards, who stated he was defending his wife Jacquelyn Edwards and daughter Hailey Edwards. Robert said he was riding his motorcycle (TAG # [REDACTED]), when a car cut him off on Greison Trail. Once both vehicles stopped at the intersection of Greison Trail and Bullsboro Dr. Robert got off his motorcycle and approached the car which made the driver, Morris Bridges, also get out of the car.

Both Robert and Morris started arguing then Morris slapped Robert in the face. Jacquelyn and Hailey then got out of a separate vehicle (TAG #[REDACTED]) that was following Robert and approached Morris. When Jacquelyn and Hailey approached Morris, Morris’ girlfriend, Natel Cousin exited the vehicle that her and Morris were in and began fist fighting with Jacquelyn and Hailey. While the five of them were actively fighting in the middle of the roadway, Morris grabbed Hailey, throwing her into the roadway, causing superficial lacerations to her hand and knee.

We then made contact with Morris and Natel who stated Morris got out the car because he didn’t know what Robert was going to do and Morris had his kids in the car that he had to protect.

After getting all participating stories, I decided to arrest Robert, Jacquelyn, Hailey, Morris, and Natel charging them with Affray. Officers on scene were able to place all (5) in handcuffs to the rear, checking for fit and double locking them without incident.

While escorting them to the patrol vehicles to transport them to Coweta County Jail, Nedra Andrews and her daughter, Derriyounna Andrews, began screaming at officers with Nedra calling Officer Nix a “fu*king cracker” loud enough to where the employees and patrons of Arby’s across the street could hear and stopped what they were doing because of the commotion. Officer Nix and Officer Lyles then gave verbal commands for Nedra and her daughter, Derriyounna to stop to which they ignored, getting in their vehicle and attempting to drive away.

Officer Nix and Lyles caught up to the vehicle still attempting to get them to stop with Officer Nix informing them that they are detained. Derriyounna then locked the doors of the vehicle and refused to exit. After several more verbal commands by both officers to put the vehicle in park and exit, Derriyounna continued to drive away, pressing the gas pedal and intentionally striking Officer Lyles with her vehicle causing him to lose his balance and stumble backwards.

Officer were then able to get the door open where both Nedra and Derriyounna were assisted out of the vehicle and placed in handcuffs to the rear, checking for fit and double locked and advised they were under arrest, Both Nedra and Derriyounna were placed in the back of Ofc. Fairbanks patrol car and transported to Coweta County jail.
