On 03-30-2023, I was dispatched to [40 BLOCK] Feather Drive about a terroristic threats.

Upon my arrival, I met with [VICTIM #1]. Ms [VICTIM #1] stated that she was helping Ms [WITNESS #1] at her home and Ms [WITNESS #1]’s son Kevin Smith came to the home. Ms [VICTIM #1] stated that Mr Smith had been drinking. I asked Ms [VICTIM #1] how did she know he had been drinking and she stated he had a beer in his hand.

Ms [VICTIM #1] stated Mr Smith was upset cussing at everyone over a power of attorney. Ms [VICTIM #1] stated that Mr Smith got in her face and told her to shut the fu*k up. Ms [VICTIM #1] stated that she backed up and Mr Smith started fussing again. Ms [VICTIM #1] stated that Mr Smith made the statement that he would just kill them all and he pulled a gun from his side that she stated appeared to be in his pants wast line.

Ms [VICTIM #1] stated that he pointed the gun at her and told her he would shot her in the face. Ms [VICTIM #1] stated Mr Smith said I better go before I shoot someone and left in a red Ford truck. I asked Ms [VICTIM #1] if she could tell me what the gun looked like and she stated that I was a black gun and it looked like an automatic hand gun.

I then talked to Ms [WITNESS #1] and she stated her son Kevin Smith was upset about a house and the power of attorney and he came to her home making threats to shoot people. I asked Ms [WITNESS #1] if she saw the gun she stated that she did not but she did see Mr Smith pull something out of his wast line and held it down to his side. Ms [WITNESS #1] stated he made a jester like he had a gun but she could not see his hand because of a wall. Ms [WITNESS #1] stated Mr Smith was drinking and that he had a beer.

I then talked to Mr [WITNESS #2]. Mr [WITNESS #2] stated that Mr Kevin Smith was upset and cussing and that he pulled a handgun and pointed it at Ms [VICTIM #1]. Mr [WITNESS #2] stated he saw the gun it was a black in color hand gun and that it was a automatic. Mr [WITNESS #2] stated that he heard Mr Smith tell Ms [VICTIM #1] that he would shoot her in the face. And that he said he was leaving before he shot someone. Mr [WITNESS #2] stated Mr Smith was drinking and he had a beer in his hand. Mr [WITNESS #2] stated Mr Smith left in a red Ford truck.

Warrants will be taken on Mr Smith.
