On 03/30/2026 I responded in normal mode to [3400 BLOCK] Newton Rd in reference to a family violence incident.

Upon arrival, I observed someone inside the residence tearing down the blinds. A black female stated he ran out the back door wearing a pink jumpsuit. Upon reaching the back door the male was out of sight. I canvassed the area which was met with negative results. It was known that Warren arrived on scene in a blue Tesla.

Upon arrival, contact was made with a black female who was identified as [VICTIM #1] who stated her baby’s father who was identified as Adonis Warren came into her residence and began throwing and breaking things. [VICTIM #1] stated she and a couple of friends were cooking on the grill the night prior. [VICTIM #1] stated Warren came to her residence today to retrieve his items.

[VICTIM #1] stated Warren had boxes of shoes in a bedroom inside the residence and stated he wanted them and the TV. [VICTIM #1] stated Warren retrieved the TV and took it outside and sat it on the ground. [VICTIM #1] stated Warren then became irate and picked the TV up and threw it at her friend who was identified as [WITNESS #1] and broke the tv (65″ $400,00).

[VICTIM #1] stated Warren went inside the residence and took the door off the laundry room hinges ($250.00). [VICTIM #1] stated Warren began to follow her in the house and began to beat on her and call her “all types of bit*hes”. [VICTIM #1] stated Warren then began to throw things around and destroy her house.

Contact was made with a black female who was identified as [WITNESS #1], who stated she witnessed the whole incident. [WITNESS #1] stated Warren threw the TV at her and began to beat her friend up and snatched her wig off. [WITNESS #1] stated her kids, who were identified as [REDACTED BY AGENCY], were present during the altercation and stated they heard the altercation.

I observed the door being off the hinges. Upon entry in the residence I observed the refrigerator on the floor. I observed the dining room table and the chairs being broken ($500.00). I observed the tables in the living room being flipped over and the TV stand being knocked over, A PS4 ($500.00), Blinds ($15.00). I observed the kitchen window being broken ($300.00).

I observed a cut on [VICTIM #1]’s right leg. [VICTIM #1] stated she was pushed during the physical altercation. There are no cameras in the area. Simple Assault can’t be added due to IBR errors.

I photographed the scene and the injuries and burned them onto a CD and placed it into evidence locker #02 at 201 W Oglethorpe Blvd.

This case remains active and will be forwarded up to investigations.
