On 04/06/2026 I (Ptl. T. Sibley) responded in normal mode to [800 BLOCK] S Harding St. in reference to case # 26-004440.
While investigating the above case (26-004440 see case for details) Alasia Lyles began arguing with someone on scene. I advised Alasia to go inside the residence to which she continued to argue with the residents of [800 BLOCK] S Harding St. Alasia had to be pushed into the residence by one of her associates to get her to calm down. Other units responded to the incident location, to which Alasia was placed into handcuffs to the rear with the handcuffs being double-locked. Alasia was advised she would be charged with disorderly conduct being that she was cursing and yelling while I investigated (case # 26-004440).
Alasia was then placed in the rear driver side seat of my patrol vehicle (19-026). Alasia was then transported to the Dougherty County Jail. Upon arrival, my department issued firearm was secured in the trunk of my patrol vehicle (19-026). Alasia was then escorted into the jail intake area where she was turned over to jail intake staff. Alasia was booked on the Disorderly Conduct citation (citation # BB002570) to which she signed it.
This case is cleared by arrest.
