On August 08, 2026, I, Ptl. A. Mack, responded to 2825 Nottingham Rd. in reference to a disorderly conduct complaint. This incident occurred in the city limits of Albany, Ga.
Upon arrival, I made contact with a white female, [VICTIM #1], who stated she was serving a group consisting of [REDACTED], Alexis Fear, and [REDACTED], who were seated at Table 3. [VICTIM #1] stated the group became upset after they claimed that something appeared in their drink. [VICTIM #1] stated she didnt remove the drink from the table but instead removed the item from their ticket due to the complaint.
[VICTIM #1] stated Alexis Fear remained upset and advised her to pack the meals they had ordered so they could leave the restaurant. [VICTIM #1] stated that while the orders were being packed, Fear continued attempting to engage her in a verbal altercation.
[VICTIM #1] stated she returned to the table in an attempt to collect payment for Fear’s order after Fear stated loudly that she was not going to pay for her food. [VICTIM #1] stated that after Fear made this statement, she advised the group that she was going to contact law enforcement.
[VICTIM #1] stated she maintained her distance from the group while contacting law enforcement. [VICTIM #1] stated that while she was contacting law enforcement, Fear began charging toward her and stated, “I’ll be waiting for you outside.”
I reviewed the available video footage and observed all three women and several children seated at the table waiting to be served. I observed the group of women involved in a verbal altercation. During the altercation, I observed Fear walk toward [VICTIM #1] multiple times while [REDACTED] positioned herself between Fear and [VICTIM #1] and pushed Fear back to prevent her from getting closer to [VICTIM #1].
After reviewing the video footage, the owner, [VICTIM #2], advised that she wanted the entire group criminally trespassed from the restaurant due to the incident. [VICTIM #2] subsequently advised all three women that they were being criminally trespassed from the restaurant.
When I made contact with the group of women outside the restaurant, they were still attempting to engage in a verbal altercation with the restaurant staff. When I attempted to gather identifying information from the women, Alexis and [REDACTED] began questioning why I needed their information.
After I obtained all three women’s names, Alexis attempted to initiate another verbal altercation with [VICTIM #2], Ptl. Farmer, and myself. Alexis was subsequently placed in handcuffs, which were double-locked, and searched for weapons and/or contraband. The search yielded negative results.
Alexis was then placed in the rear of my patrol vehicle and transported to the Dougherty County Jail for Disorderly Conduct (BB002814).
Alexis had a green lighter, cellular phone, and driver’s license in her possession. These items were turned over to jail staff upon her arrival.
Ptl.Farmer collected the video footage of this incident inside of the resturant and will log it on a CD at the Albany Police Department.
NCIC/GCIC search for warrants was conducted on all parties involved, yielding negative results.
