On 07/15/20206 I, Ptl. J Floyd responded in normal patrol mode to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] which is within the city limits of Albany, Ga in reference to Child Molestation.

Upon arrival I made contact with [WITNESS #1]. [WITNESS #1] advised that her five year old daughter, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] disclosed to her sister [REDACTED BY AGENCY], that a male had touched her vag*nal area inappropriately. The male was later identified as Cory Donaldson.

[WITNESS #1] had advised that on 07/06/2026, she went to Donaldsons residence, located at [REDACTED], to attend a party. [WITNESS #1] stated that she is a heavy drinker. She advised that she instructed [REDACTED BY AGENCY] to go into Donaldsons bedroom because she was the youngest child present and the older kids be drinking and smoking.

[WITNESS #1] advised that after sending [REDACTED BY AGENCY] into Donaldsons room, Donaldson later went into the room. A short time later [WITNESS #1] entered Donaldsons, bedroom to use the restroom, which is located in the room. [WITNESS #1] advised that she was in the restroom for approximately 20 minutes. After exiting the rest-room she laid down in the bed, but [REDACTED BY AGENCY] did not mention the allegation.

[WITNESS #1] advised that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] did not initially disclose the information due to being scared. [WITNESS #1] stated that EMS responded to the scene prior to my arrival and advised there was no medical treatment they could provide because there were no allegations of penetration. EMS cleared the scene before my arrival.

[WITNESS #1] advised that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was able to identify Cory Donaldson from photograph after initally confusing him with a male friend she refers as [REDACTED]. [WITNESS #1] advised, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] pointed Donaldson out.

A NCIC/GCIC check was conducted on all subjects for any active warrants which returned negative results.
