On 04/20/2026 at approx. 0924 hours, I responded in normal patrol mode to 201 W Oglethorpe Blvd in reference to a contact person.

Upon arrival, I made contact with [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1] stated Deserre Mack went live on Facebook at approx. 1336 hours on 04/16/2026 and exposed her phone number and sexual explicit videos of her.

[VICTIM #1] stated Mack did this because she was talking to Mack’s baby daddy. [VICTIM #1] stated Mack found out by going through her baby daddy’s phone. Mack was showing the explicit sexual videos from his phone while she was live streaming on Facebook.

[VICTIM #1] stated she screen recorded Mack’s Facebook live. [VICTIM #1] showed me the screen recording. The name on Mack’s Facebook account is “[REDACTED]” and that is name on the account that was streaming live. In the video Mack says “Since you want to play with me b*tch.” Mack then shows a video of [VICTIM #1] having sexual intercourse with a black male. In this video, [VICTIM #1]’s butt is completely exposed. Mack swipes right on the screen, then shows another video of [VICTIM #1] preforming oral sex on a black male. The first video does not show [VICTIM #1]’s face, though the second video does show her face. I am able to identify [VICTIM #1] is the individual in both videos because she is wearing the same blue shirt in both.

I advised [VICTIM #1] that our digital forensic unit will need to download the video. I made contact with Sgt. Brown with our digital forensic unit and a digital forensic request form was completed and sent to him via email. [VICTIM #1] and I then went and made contact with Sgt. Brown at the Albany Police Department. The video footage was downloaded onto a flash drive by Sgt. Brown. The flash drive will be logged onto the Albany Police Department Evidence and Collections locker #02.

I was able to identify Mack by her Facebook username, the birthday she displays on her profile, and the photo on her Facebook profile.

I attempted to make contact with Mack via phone [REDACTED]. There were negative results for contact via phone. I went to Mack’s last known address ([100 BLOCK] Merritt St Apt. [REDACTED]). There were negative results for contact in person.

A GCIC/NCIC check was contacted on [VICTIM #1] and Mack, which came back negative for any wants/warrants.

A warrant (26-005184APD-01) Prohibition on nude or sexually explicit electronic transmissions will be completed for Deserre Mack.

This case remains active.
