I, Cpl. Covington, responded in normal mode to 1700-blk Dawson Rd., which is in the city limits of Albany, Georgia, in reference to public indecency. Upon arrival, I made contact with a black female, later identified as Dominique Williams, in the rear of Ptl. Mack patrol vehicle. Williams was completely naked. Williams provided her address and stated she was in a domestic relationship at [1700 BLOCK] Lynwood Ln., and if I wanted to know anything about her I should go there. She refused to talk about what was domestic.
I responded to [1700 BLOCK] Lynwood Ln., to which I made contact with Williams husband, black male, later identified as [WITNESS #1]. [WITNESS #1] stated Williams was schizophrenic and bipolar. He stated Williams had been outside in the truck since approximately 2221 hours. He stated they did argue yesterday due to Williams spending $150 that was saved for them to go to Savannah to get the rest of her clothes. He stated nothing physical happened with them. [WITNESS #1] contacted Williams mother “[REDACTED]” via Facebook to which she confirmed Williams was schizophrenic and bipolar.
I responded back to the 1700-blk Dawson Rd. While enroute, I obsered a pair of shoes, underwear, a workout set and an Apple watch in the road on Greenwood Dr. I collected the items and returned them to Williams.
Williams was trasnported to the Dougherty County Jail by Ptl. Mack. Williams was issued a misdemeanor citation (AA004148) for Public Indecency.
This case is cleared by arrest.
