On 05/21/2026, Ptl. Hall and I responded in emergency mode (lights and Sirens) to [400 BLOCK] W Society Ave. Apt. [REDACTED] in reference to disorderly conduct in progress.
Upon arrival, we made contact with a black female, identified as Pamela Alexander. She stated she went to talk to her friend, [WITNESS #1], at [400 BLOCK] W Society Ave. Apt. [REDACTED]. She stated she went back to her apartment at [400 BLOCK] W Society Ave. and laid in the bed with her boyfriend [WITNESS #2]. She stated black male, identified as Ernest McKeever, walked over to the outside of her bedroom window and started banging on the window while yelling and calling her boyfriend bitc*es and h*es.
We made contact with McKeever. He stated that Alexander and [WITNESS #2] came over to his apartment, banged on his window, and argued with him. He stated he walked over to Alexander’s window and started banging on the window. McKeever admitted that he was wrong for banging on Alexander’s window.
I made contact with a black male, identified as [WITNESS #3]. He stated that Alexander and [WITNESS #2] came to McKeever’s apartment and started bothering him. He stated he did not see McKeever bang on Alexander’s window.
I made contact with a white female, identified as [WITNESS #1]. She stated Alexander and [WITNESS #2] came over to McKeever’s apartment and started messing with him.
I made contact with [WITNESS #2]. He stated that McKeever came and started banging on his window. He stated McKeever called him bitc*es and h*es. He stated he came outside and saw that McKeever had something in his hand. He stated he went back inside the house.
McKeever and Alexander were detained and placed in handcuffs double locked behind their back. I conducted a search incident to arrest on McKeever for any weapons and contraband with negative results. Ptl. Floyd conducted a search incident to arrest Alexander for any weapons and contraband with negative results.
Ptl. T. Davis transported Alexander to the Dougherty County Jail. Ptl. Hall and I transported McKeever to the Dougherty County Jail. We placed our duty weapons in the trunk of my patrol vehicle (18-122). We escorted McKeever inside the jail and released him to the Dougherty County Jail staff. We conducted a search of the rear seat of my patrol vehicle for any weapons and contraband with negative results.
A NCIC/GCIC check was conducted on Alexander, McKeever, [WITNESS #2], [WITNESS #3], and [WITNESS #1] for any active warrants with negative results. I issued McKeever and Alexander citations for Disorderly Conduct (Citation #BB002671, BB002672).
This case is cleared by arrest.
