On 05/17/2026, Ptl. Hall and I responded in normal patrol mode to [1200 BLOCK] Stuart Ave. regarding disorderly conduct in progress.
Upon arrival, we observed a large group of people being irate. They informed us that their family member, later identified as [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was at this location. Ptl. Hall and I went to the back of the house. I knocked on the door and a man and his family came to the door. I made contact with a black female, identified as [VICTIM #1], and informed her that the people on her property were looking for [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and she informed us that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was not there. [VICTIM #1] and her family went in the house arguing.
Ptl. Farmer and Ptl. Jackson arrived on the scene. Ptl. Hall, Ptl, Farmer, a Dougherty County Sheriff Office Deputy, and I went inside the house to de-escalate the situation. We observed a black female, identified as [REDACTED] arguing with [VICTIM #1]. As I tried to separate the two, [REDACTED] snatched away from me. Ptl. Farmer placed [REDACTED] in handcuffs and escorted her to the patrol car.
Sgt. Jones arrived on scene and I informed him of the situation. After [REDACTED] was able to calm down we released her from handcuffs. I asked [REDACTED] why she was arguing with her mother and she stated she doesn’t like her mom’s boyfriend. Sgt. Jones spoke with [REDACTED].
Sgt. Jones, Ptl. Jackson, and Ptl. Farmer made contact with people on the scene. They investigated what happened and found out that a black male, identified as Jatavis Jones, a black female, identified as Charity Frazier, and a black female, identified as Tyeshia Gatson banged on all doors and windows of [VICTIM #1]’s house causing a disturbance. Gatson, Frazier, and Jones was charged with Disorderly Conduct due to them causing a disturbance.
Ptl. Jackson and Ptl. Farmer placed Tyeshia Gatson, Jones, and Frazier in handcuffs double locked behind the back. We conducted a search incident to arrest Jones, Frazier, and Gatson. I conducted a check through NCIC/GCIC on Jones, Frazier, and Gatson for any active warrants with negative results.
Ptl. Hall and I transported Frazier and Jones to Dougherty County Jail while Ptl. Jackson transported Gatson. We placed our duty weapons in the trunk of our patrol vehicles. We escorted Jones, Frazier, and Gatson inside the Dougherty County Jail and released them to the Dougherty County Jail staff. I issued Jones, Frazier, and Gatson a citation for Disorderly Conduct (Citation #: AA004798, AA004799, AA004800).
I conducted a search of the rear seat of my patrol vehicle for any weapons and contraband with negative results.
This case is cleared by arrest.
