I, Cpl, M. Hunt, responded in normal patrol mode to [600 BLOCK] Kingsbury Ln in reference to a disorderly conduct in progress.
Upon my arrival, I made contact with [VICTIM #1], [VICTIM #2], and [VICTIM #3]. [VICTIM #3] stated that her ex-girlfriend, Juaneese Allen, came onto her property without invitation. [VICTIM #3] stated that they were sitting on the front porch when Allen pulled in front her house in a silver Honda Accord (Ga Tag [REDACTED]) and began yelling at them.
[VICTIM #3] stated that she had broken up with Allen a week ago and she had thought about obtaining a restraining order against her due to her actions. [VICTIM #3] stated that when Allen got out of the vehicle she began cussing at them and stating to [VICTIM #1] “you a pus*y a*s nig*a”. [VICTIM #3] stated that Allen would not leave her yard as she told her too.
I made contact with [VICTIM #1] who stated that he believed that Allen possessed a gun during the verbal altercation. [VICTIM #1] stated that Allen had her hand on her hip and he heard a click that he knew was a “9”. [VICTIM #1] stated that he never observed Allen with a firearm. [VICTIM #1] stated that Allen would not leave.
[VICTIM #3] provided video footage from the front window camera. On the footage I observed Allen in a Silver Honda parked in front of [VICTIM #3]’s residence near the drive way. I could hear Allen yelling and observed getting out of the vehicle’s driver seat. I could observe Allen standing in the yard and [VICTIM #2], [VICTIM #3], and [VICTIM #1] telling her to leave. I could also hear [VICTIM #1] stating put the gun down. I could not make out what Allen was stating while she was yelling. The video was recorded on my body worn camera.
I made contact with Allen. Allen stated that she went over to get the key to the silver Honda and that she never drove it. Allen stated that [VICTIM #1], [VICTIM #3], and [VICTIM #2] came to her residence’s front door and made threats to her. Allen stated that she had it recorded. When asked about the recording she stated that she only has a camera in her back yard and could not provide footage.
A GCIC/NCIC check was conducted on all parties and it showed that Allen did not have a valid license.
Due to the camera footage Allen was cited with Disorderly Conduct (BB002628) Driving without a license (G0064771) and Stopping, Standing, outside of a driveway (G0064772) and taken into custody. Allen was searched incident to arrest by Ptl. White and placed into the rear of my patrol vehicle.
While in the back of my patrol vehicle, Allen began dry heaving asking to be let out of handcuffs. After being told no, Allen stated that she needed to take her heart medicine and that she had a pace maker. Allen then began throwing up in my backseat. EMS was called (med unit two) and they responded. They advised that Allen’s vitals were fine and she does not have a pace maker. I then transported Allen to the Dougherty County Jail.
While enroute I observed Allen moving her handcuffs around behind her back on my in car camera. When I stopped the vehicle at the red light and observed Allen looking around and then looking at me. I then observed Allen pull a white object from behind her back and towards her face. I stopped the vehicle and grabbed a napkin from her hand. I then had Ptl. White re-search her and she was then taken to the jail. Upon my arrival to the Jail I secured my department issued weapon in the rear of my patrol vehicle and escorted Allen inside. Allen was then released to the intake staff.
An error was made when originally citing Allen due to her RMS profile having the wrong OLN number and incorrect spelling of her name. Citations BB002626, G0064769, BB002627, G0064770 were voided.
This case is cleared by arrest.
