On 06/03/2025 I (Ptl. Sibley) responded in normal mode to [1600 BLOCK] Gadsden Dr in reference to a Disorderly in Progress.

Upon arrival, I made contact with the caller [VICTIM #1] along with other victims who stated someone by the name of Juju operating a vehicle (Displaying Ga Tag: [REDACTED]) pointed a gun at them. The vehicle tag didn’t match the vehicle described (Honda Accord).

I made contact with [VICTIM #2] who stated she and Juju were involved in a dispute about her child’s father (unknown identity) who is now Juju’s boyfriend. [VICTIM #2] stated Juju wanted to create a problem with her as if she still wanted a relationship with her child’s father. [VICTIM #2] stated Juju arrived in the 1600 block of Newton Rd with 2 other female occupants in the vehicle listed above. [VICTIM #2] stated they drove down Tulsa and approached Newton Rd traveling northbound when they threw a brick at her vehicle (Displaying Ga Tag: [REDACTED] Tan in color Chevrolet Impala).

[VICTIM #2] stated she didn’t witness the incident occur but she was advised by [WITNESS #1] of the incident. [WITNESS #1] stated he observed someone with a ski mask emerge from the rear passenger seat and throw a brick at [VICTIM #2] vehicle. After speaking with [WITNESS #1] I spoke with [VICTIM #2] again who stated her son [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was in the vehicle when the brick was thrown.

I spoke with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] who stated he was sitting in the front passenger seat when someone in a vehicle threw a brick at the rear passenger side window. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated his heart was beating fast and he was scared. I photographed the brick being on the vehicle and the photos were later turned into property and evidence locker 2 at the LEC. Their wasn’t any surveilance footage available.

While remaining on scene I made contact with [WITNESS #2] who stated she witnessed someone wearing a pink bonnet emerge from the silver honda. [WITNESS #2] stated she witnessed 2 other female occupants in the car. [WITNESS #2] and [VICTIM #2] both stated they heard one of the occupants inside of the vehicle state they would run everyone over including the children with the vehicle.

Everyone on scene statements were consistent with each other. While on scene I issued them a resource card with the case number and my name printed on it. I advised all parties on scene that the case would be fowarded to investigations to which they stated they understood. Nobody was injured following this incident and a NCIC/GCIC check was conducted on all parties involved which yielded negative results for being wanted.

This incident isn’t domestic in nature.

This case is forwarded to investigations.
