I, Ptl Loud responded in normal mode to 2822 Nottingham Way (Buffalo /Wild Wings) in reference to a disorderly conduct.
Upon arrival, I made contact with the manager, [WITNESS #1], who stated a white female named Kendal Henderson, walked through the restaurant and to the back of the kitchen (where only employees are allowed) and struck one other employees named [VICTIM #1] several times with a closed fist. [WITNESS #1] stated she told Kendall several times to leave the kitchen before she approached [VICTIM #1] but she refused. [WITNESS #1] advised she pulled Kendal off of [VICTIM #1] and then escorted her out of the restaurant. [WITNESS #1] stated Kendal cursed her out until she made her leave.
I made contact with [VICTIM #1] who advised Kendal was upset with her because she had sex with Kendals boyfriend without her knowledge. [VICTIM #1] advised Kendal messaged her several times stating she wanted to fight however, she never responded to meeting up to fight Kendal. [VICTIM #1] stated she had no knowledge of Kendal coming to her job to attack her. [VICTIM #1] stated she never struck Kendal back during the attack. [VICTIM #1] advised she wanted to press charges against Kendal. [VICTIM #1] advised Kendal was at her home ([100 BLOCK] N Doublegate Dr) because Kendal was still sharing her live location with her.
I observed no physical marks or bruises to [VICTIM #1]. I provided [VICTIM #1] with a business card and advised her I would notify her after I arrested Kendal. I ran all parties’ names through NCIC/GCIC for active warrants with negative results.
I advised dispatch to have Lee County officers meet me at that location ([100 BLOCK] N Doublegate Dr) due to it being in Lee Countys jurisdiction. I was able to make contact with Kendal at that location. Kendal admitted to going to Buffalo Wild Wings and striking [VICTIM #1]. Myself and Ptl Moore placed Kendal in double locked hand restraints and searched her persons for weapons and drugs with negative results.
I advised Kendal she was being charged with disorderly conduct. I escorted her to the Dougherty County Jail without further incident. Prior to entering the jail, I placed my duty weapon in the trunk of my patrol vehicle. Kendal signed the courts copy of the citation (BB002667) and I left her copy with the jail staff. After the escort was complete, I conducted a backseat check for weapons and drugs with negative results.
I notified [VICTIM #1] of Kendals arrest.
This case was cleared by arrest.
