I, Cpl. M. Hunt, responded in normal patrol mode to 1200 W Broad Ave in reference to a disorderly conduct. While sitting in the parking lot of Brook’s Plaza (1200 Blk of W Broad Ave) I could hear yelling and see flashlights near a large group of people in the parking lot of Albany Strikers. Upon pulling into the parking lot, I observe two males arguing and yelling at each other in the parking lot. I then exit my vehicle and tell them to separate, the two males complied and began to calm down. I advised that the two men should leave before the scene escalates. The two males agreed and the crowd began to disperse. I then could hear a female (later identified as Kennedi Morton) who was wearing a yellow dress yelling and cussing with a female wearing a tan top and bottoms with blue hair (Tahshanda Bulluck). I then approached her and advised her she needed to stop yelling.

I could smell the odor of alcohol coming of her breath. Morton stated that she needed to get her purse from inside the bowling alley. I then spoke to the male still outside and he stated he had to wait for Kennedi to fix a flat tire. I then walked inside the bowling alley and observed Morton arguing with Bullock again. I could hear an exchange of cuss words “B*tch fu*k you h*e” coming from both females. I could hear Bullock state “b*tch Ill whoop your a*s” Both of them were being separated by other parties that were present by the doorway. I then walk up to the females and observe Morton walking out the door towards the parking lot.

I gave verbal commands for Morton to stop. Morton continued to keep walking towards the parking lot. I then advised her to turn around and place her hands behind her back. Morton asked is she being arrested. I advised her she was for disorderly conduct. I then attempted to grab her and Morton stated no and stuck me in the chest with her left hand in an open palm. I then immediately changed levels and grabbed her legs and took her to the ground. Once on the ground Morton then got back up and I was able to place her in double locked handcuffs when a bystander bear hugged her. I then requested other units to arrive and Ptl. T. White arrived on scene. Morton was searched incident to arrest and placed in Ptl. T. White’s patrol vehicle. I could observe that both my right and left pinkie finger was bleeding from small lacerations. And later I could feel my left knee aching and upon observation, there was lacerations on my kneecap and bruising.

Sgt Jackson was later notified of the injuries. Myself and Ptl. Conley then went back inside and took Bullock into custody. Bullock initially refused any verbal commands to place her hands behind her back but later we were able to place her into handcuffs. Bullock was placed into the rear of Ptl. Conley’s patrol vehicle. Ptl. Conley and Ptl. White transported Bullock and Morton to the Dougherty County Jail where they were released to the intake officer’s custody. Warrants for disorderly conduct (26-012138-01APD for Morton and 26-012138-02APD) and (Felony Obstruction 26-012138-03APD for Morton) was taken out.
