On May 5, 2026, I, Ptl. Greene, along with Ptl. Farmer, responded in normal mode to [2200 BLOCK] Doncaster Dr. in reference to a contact person.

Upon arrival, I (Ptl. Greene) and Ptl. Fanner made contact with a DCSS Officer and the school social worker, identified as [WITNESS #1]. While speaking with them, they provided a printed incident report along with the child’s informational file.
