On 05/072026 I Ptl D. Estrada responded in normal patrol mode to 300 W Oglethorpe Blvd (Bus station) in reference to a disorderly conduct.

Upon arrival, I made contact with [WITNESS #1]. [WITNESS #1] stated that there is a black male (Lionel Spurlin being disorderly and cussing everyone out. [WITNESS #1] stated that Lionel was calling the security guard a b==tch and motherfu*ker for kicking him out. [WITNESS #1] stated that Lionel was outside on the bus platform still yelling. [WITNESS #1] stated that he was wearing a red shirt and pointed to the security and Lionel. [WITNESS #1] stated that they told Lionel to leave multiple times and he refused.

I then made contact with Lionel Spurlin. As I attempted to talk to Lione he kept walking away stating “don’t touch me, and don’t follow me”. I advised Lionel to come talk to me several times but he refused. I then placed Lionel in handcuffs double locked, and Lt Diaz searched him incident to arrest. I placed Lionel in the rear of my patrol vehicle.

I transported Lionel to Dougherty County Jail. Upon arrival I secured my department issued weapon in the trunk of my patrol vehicle. I then escorted Lionel into Dougherty County Jail where he was handed over to the Dougherty County intake officer.
