On 06/13/2026, I (Ptl. Farmer) responded in normal mode to [500 BLOCK] Johnson Rd in reference to Family Violence.
Upon arrival, I made contact with a white female (later identified as [VICTIM #1]). [VICTIM #1] was a Spanish woman, so Ptl. A. Alvarez from the Dougherty County Police Department arrived on scene and translated between myself and [VICTIM #1]. Alvarez advised me that [VICTIM #1] stated her husband (Rodolfo Rodrigues) came home drunk at approximately 1100 hours and raped her. Alvarez advised me that [VICTIM #1] stated Rodolfo advised her to fix him a plate of food, in which she replied no. Alvarez advised me that out her not fixing him any food, so he took all the clothes off and raped her. [REDACTED BY AGENCY].
Alvarez advised me that [VICTIM #1] stated after he was done she went to lock herself in the restroom. Alvarez advised me that [VICTIM #1] stated Rodolfo was trying to unlock the restroom door with a knife. Alvarez advised me that [VICTIM #1] stated that she ran out of the restroom and headed to the front entrance of the residence, and when she got there, Rodolfo locked the front door and stated You are mine”. Alvarez advised me that [VICTIM #1] stated she got back in bed with Rodolfo, and when he fell asleep, she pretended to get some water from the refrigerator but ended up leaving the residence. Alvarez advised me that [VICTIM #1] stated once she made it outside, Rodolfo chased her outside. Alvarez advised me that [VICTIM #1] stated she never took a shower after Rodolfo raped her. Alvarez advised me that [VICTIM #1] stated she ran [500 BLOCK] Johnson Rd until the arrival of Albany Police Department Officers.
Lt. Jones was advised of this incident and arrived on scene shortly after. Sgt. Clark was advised of this incident and arrived on scene shortly after. I, Ptl. Q. Davis, and Ptl. A. Alvarez, drove to [500 BLOCK] Johnson RD in reference to making contact with the subject. We conducted a clearence on the residence for safety purposes because [VICTIM #1] ran out the house and left kids there. Ptl. Q. Davis collected bed sheeting from the master bedroom and collected her clothes that she was wearing. Rodolfo was placed in handcuffs, double-locked to the rear, escorted to the rear of my patrol vehicle, and a search incident to arrest was conducted, which was negative for weapons or contraband. Rodolfo was transported to Dougherty County Jail (1302 Evelyn Ave), where he was turned over to their staff for further processing.
My department-issued firearm was stowed in the rear of my vehicle before escorting [RODOLFO] inside the jail. A search for weapons/contraband was conducted of the rear of my vehicle post-transportation, yielding negative results.
The bedsheets and the clothing that [VICTIM #1] was wearing will be submitted and place in Albany Police Department Property Management Locker #02 for evidence.
