On June 20, 2026, I, Ptl. Greene, responded in normal patrol mode to [1400 BLOCK] Gillespie Ave., Apt. [REDACTED], in reference to a family violence complaint.

Upon arrival, I made contact with a Black female, identified as [WITNESS #1], who advised that she was the owner of the residence. [WITNESS #1] stated that the incident was unnecessary because all involved parties were family members. I then asked [WITNESS #1] to explain what had occurred. [WITNESS #1] advised that her nephew, identified as Nicklos Nix Jr., and her brother, identified as Solomon, became involved in a verbal altercation. [WITNESS #1] stated that Nix came to the residence and confronted her brothers, Solomon and [WITNESS #2], regarding several fishing poles. [WITNESS #1] advised that she attempted to explain the location of the fishing poles to Nix; however, he and Solomon became involved in a heated argument that escalated to both parties making threats toward one another. [WITNESS #1] stated that she had to stand between the two individuals to prevent the argument from becoming physical.

I then made contact with Nicklos Nix Jr. and his sister, [REDACTED]. Both advised that they woke up at their residence and noticed the back door was open and that several fishing poles were missing. They stated that on the previous day, their uncle had called and asked to borrow a fishing pole. Nicklos advised that he allowed his uncle to borrow an older fishing pole but not a newer one. Nicklos further stated that his uncle called back the following day and requested another fishing pole, but he told him no. Nicklos advised that when he later discovered the fishing poles missing, he came to his aunt’s residence to confront his uncles about them.

I then made contact with [WITNESS #2] and Solomon Davis. They advised that Solomon had asked Nicklos mother for permission to retrieve the fishing poles from the residence and that she gave him consent to do so. [WITNESS #1] then contacted her sister, who is Nicklos mother, via telephone. When asked whether she had given Solomon permission to retrieve the fishing poles, she confirmed that she had.

Due to the ongoing disturbance and threats made between the involved parties, Sgt. Franklin was notified. As a result of the investigation, Solomon Davis was placed under arrest for Disorderly Conduct. Solomon Davis was secured in double-locked handcuffs, searched incident to arrest, and transported to the Dougherty County Jail by Ptl. Warner.

Nicklos Nix Jr. was also placed under arrest for Disorderly Conduct. Nix was secured in double-locked handcuffs, searched incident to arrest, and transported by me to the Dougherty County Jail. Upon arrival at the jail, I secured my service weapon in the rear storage compartment of my patrol vehicle and released Nix to jail intake personnel without incident.

The rear seat of my patrol vehicle was searched before and after transport, and no contraband was located. Both Solomon Davis and Nicklos Nix Jr. were served with misdemeanor citations for Disorderly Conduct. Solomon Citation Number(BB002740) and Nix Jr Citation Number (BB002741). A GCIC/NCIC check was conducted on all involved parties and yielded negative results.
