I, Ptl. Reeder, responded in normal mode to 2309 E Broad Ave in reference to a disorderly conduct.

Upon arrival I made contact with [VICTIM #1] with Lee Management Group. [VICTIM #1] stated while assisting customers with a U-Haul today she observed a black male, later identified as Stanley Jones, with khaki pants and a blue shirt walking east across the parking lot screaming at himself. [VICTIM #1] stated a little while later she then saw Stanley standing on the east side of the parking lot in a black shirt. [VICTIM #1] stated Stanley then ran across the parking lot and ran up on her screaming and raised his arm at her as if he was going to hit her.

[VICTIM #1] stated Stanley then stated “you’re a fu*king b*tch.” [VICTIM #1] stated she then told Stanley ‘you don’t know what the f*ck I’ll do.” [VICTIM #1] stated Stanley then screamed something along the lines of your mama and cocaine. [VICTIM #1] stated Stanley then left walking. [VICTIM #1] stated she wasn’t scared of Stanley but she didn’t know what he was going to do or could do when he raised his arm at her.

Myself and Ptl. Stephens then went to Leonard in reference to trying to locate Stanley. We then observed a male matching that description in the front yard of [2000 BLOCK] Leonard Ave. Ptl. Stephens approached him and he then started walking away, towards the road. Stanley was advised to stop and come here. Stanley then began pulling his pants up as if he was going to run. We then grabbed Stanley and placed him into handcuffs double-locked and to the rear. Stanley then advised he was going to spit on us and started screaming. We then transported Stanley back to the incident location to be identified. [VICTIM #1] stated at first she couldn’t see him. [VICTIM #1] then came closer to the patrol vehicle and stated it was him.

[VICTIM #1] was able to pull up parts of the incident on her security camera. The quality of the video is not good. In the video I did observe a black male, khaki pants, and dark shirt enter the parking lot. I then observed the male quickly walk up to [VICTIM #1] and raise his arm up. The male was standing very close to [VICTIM #1]. You then see the male walk off. A follow up will be conducted in reference to obtaining the video footage and attempt to get clearer quality.

Stanley received citation (AA014066) for disorderly conduct. Stanley was also given a criminal trespass warning.

Ptl. Stephens transported Stanley to the Dougherty County Jail. Stanley was released to the intake staff.
