I responded in normal mode to [1400 BLOCK] S Jefferson St in reference to indecent exposure. Upon my arrival, I observed a Black female, later identified as Tokaya Robinson, completely nude. Clothing was observed on the ground near Robinson.
I made contact with Robinson and instructed her to put on clothing; however, she repeatedly stated “murder gang” and did not respond appropriately to my questions. I continued attempts to communicate with Robinson, but she continued repeating the same statement.
Robinson was then placed in handcuffs, double locked in the rear, and secured in the rear of Ptl. Estrada’s patrol vehicle.
I made contact with [WITNESS #1], who stated Robinson had been sitting outside for most of the day without speaking or bothering anyone until approximately 30 minutes prior, when she removed all of her clothing.
I also made contact with [WITNESS #2], who provided a similar statement.
An NCIC/GCIC check was completed on Robinson, which revealed two active warrants: ROBINSON, TAKOYA OFF/ ENTERING AUTOMOBILE WNO/ 113526 DOW/ 04/30/2026 CONFIRMED BY: PARKER WITH DOUGHERTY COUNTY JAIL DISPATCHERS LAST 4: 8886/ FRAZIER ROBINSON, TAKOYA OFF/ PROBAION VIOLATION WNO/ 257592921 DOW/ 20260227 CONFIRMED BY: SGT WILLIAMS WITH TAB PULASKI 911 DISPATCHERS LAST 4: [REDACTED BY AGENCY]/ FRAZIER
