On 04/15/2026 I Ptl, Stephens responded in normal patrol mode [2700 BLOCK] W Oakridge Dr in lot [REDACTED] in reference to a Family Violence.

Upon arrival I made contact with a female named [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1] informed me that her baby father (Travarious Stuart) posted her nudes on Facebook media. [VICTIM #1] stated they had been arguing since 0400 hours. [VICTIM #1] said the argument started when Stuart had her phone while she was asleep. [VICTIM #1] said Stuart woke her up when Stuart threw her cell phone on the floor. [VICTIM #1] said Stuart told her he went through phone and seen she had texted other guys from her previous relationship. [VICTIM #1] said she walked back in forward out the room. [VICTIM #1] stated Stuart phone was on the bed and looked through his photos in his phone. [VICTIM #1] said she asked for her phone back and that when they both pulled on the phone. After repeatedly pulling on the opposite end of the phone [VICTIM #1] let the phone go. Stuart threw [VICTIM #1] phone into the roadway. [VICTIM #1] left the residence where she and Stuart was arguing.

[VICTIM #1] said Stuart called her and asked her to come get him and he got proof of her being with other people. [VICTIM #1] stated Stuart girlfriend texted her and told telling her that she has her nudes’ pictures. [VICTIM #1] stated Stuart had posted her nudes pictures and video on Facebook. [VICTIM #1] said Stuart girlfriend wanted to fight her after she saw the pictures and video in Stuart phone.

While on scene I observe a video and pictures of [VICTIM #1] nudes being on the internet. I did not observe any visible marks on [VICTIM #1].

A warrant has been issued out for Travarious Stuart arrest (26-004957).

This case remain active.
