On 06/24/2025 at approx. 1953 hours, we, Ptl. Harris and Ptl. Slankard, responded in emergency mode (lights and sirens) to 2111 E Oglethorpe Blvd (Whistle Car Wash) in reference to a disorderly conduct in progress.

Upon arrival, I observed several people at Burger King (2007 E Oglethorpe Blvd) and Whistle Car Wash (2111 Е Oglethorpe Blvd). I spoke to one of the employees inside of Burger King and they said that the vehicles at the entrance were involved in this incident. They also said that she white boy across the street was involved in this incident as well. Sgt. Laethem arrived on scene and stayed with the vehicles while I went to Whistle and spoke with the other parties.

I spoke with a male who identified himself as [REDACTED BY AGENCY] who stated he was involved in this incident. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated the female, who was later identified as Jaexius Terrell, was in the car wash and a hose got stuck under her vehicle, a 2023 black in color Kia Rio displaying Ga Tag [REDACTED]. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated Jalexius asked for a refund and he got his cellphone to call his manager so she could hear it from him. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated Jalexius then drove off with his cellphone. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated Jalexius came back with the cellphone approx. 3 minutes later and threw it on the ground and backed up. I asked [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was he hurt or injured to which he stated no. I did not observe any marks or bruises in [REDACTED BY AGENCY].

Contact was made with a male named Trevayon Boyd who stated the female, Jalexius, came to the car wash to get her vehicle washed. Boyd stated Jalexius was was upset that she could not get a refund and drove off with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] cellphone. Boyd stated he became upset when Jalexius came back and she was “talking sh*t”. Boyd stated he kept telling her to shut up because he getting upset. Boyd stated as Jalexius kept talking and she called someone to come to the scene. Boyd stated Jalexius almost ran him over while he was in the middle of the road. I asked Boyd was he hurt or injured to which he stated no. I did not observe any marks or bruises on Boyd.

Contact was made with a female who identified herself as [WITNESS #1] who stated she arrived at Whistle when saw the altercation between Boyd and Jalexius. [WITNESS #1] stated she saw Boyd arguing with someone in the roadway and him almost getting hit.

Contact was made with a female who identified herself as [VICTIM #1] who stated she was called by her daughter, Jalexius, in reference to this incident. [VICTIM #1] stated she was called by Jalexius who said she was upset that she could not get her car washed. [VICTIM #1] stated she arrived on the 200-BLK Loftus Dr and the male (Boyd) came into the roadway and started punching her vehicle, a 2024 gray in color Honda Accord displaying Ga Tag [REDACTED]. [VICTIM #1] stated she called the police while he was jumping on her vehicle. [VICTIM #1] stated her vehicle was damaged durung the altercation, but there were fingerprint smears on the vehicle. I asked [VICTIM #1] was she hurt or injured to which she stated no. I did not observe any marks or bruises on [VICTIM #1]. I did not observe any damage to [VICTIM #1]’s vehicle.

Contact was made with Jalexius who stated she came to the car wash to wash her vehicle. Jalexius stated something went wrong while she was getting it washed, so she wanted to talk to the person in charge. Jalexius stated [REDACTED BY AGENCY] came out and was speaking to her in reference to this incident. Jalexius stated they fixed the issue and advised her that she could go back through, but she was “traumatized”. Jalexius stated she asked to speak to a manager and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] gave her the cellphone. Jalexius stated she did take the cellphone, but she was only joking when she took it. Jalexius stated she did bring it back to [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. Jalexius stated she called her mom, [VICTIM #1], and told her about the incident and [VICTIM #1] said to take the phone back. Jalexius stated Boyd started cussing her out and started hitting her [VICTIM #1]’s vehicle. I asked Jalexius was she hurt or injured to which she stated no. I did not observe any marks or bruises on Jalexius.

Ptl. Wiley arrived on scene. He and Ptl. Slankard placed Boyd in double-locked handcuffs to the rear and searched him incident to arrest. The search yielded negative result for any wants/warrants. Boyd was placed in the rear of my patrol vehicle, car 18-198. Boyd was not complaining of any injuries at this time. An arrest booking card was completed prior to our arrival at the jail. I placed Jalexius in double-locked handcuffs to the rear and searched her incident to arrest. The search yielded negative results for any wants/warrants. Jalexius was placed in the rear of Pt. Wiley’s patrol vehicle. Jalexius was not complaining of any injuries at this time. Jalexius was placed in a safety belt.

Both Jalexius and Boyd were transported to the Dougherty County Jail. Upon arrival at the jail, our weapon was placed in the rear of our patrol vehicles. Boyd and Jalexius were accepted into the jail without incident. The rear of my patrol vehicle was searched before and after the transport and it yielded negative for any weapons or illegal contraband.

Warrant 25-008486-01 APD was taken against Trevayon Boyd for Disorderly Conduct. Warrant 25-008486-02APD was taken against Jalexius Terrell for Theft by Taking.

This case has been cleared by arrest.
