On 06/09/2026, Ptl. Hall and I responded in normal patrol mode to 1508 N Jefferson St., which is in the city limits of Albany, Ga, in reference to disorderly conduct.

I observed Young leave in a blue 2021 Hyundai Tucson (Ga Tag: [REDACTED]).

Ptl. Floyd conducted a traffic stop on that vehicle at the intersection of 5th Ave and N Washington St. We responded to Ptl. Floyd traffic stop and detained Young and placed him in handcuffs double locked behind the back. I conducted a search incident to arrest for any weapons and contraband with negative results.
