On July 4, 2024 I was dispatched to the listed address for a child in need of services. Upon arrival I spoke with [REDACTED] in regard to his daughter [REDACTED BY AGENCY]) being in a relationship with a 19 year old. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised that her boyfriend was Benjamin Ornelas.

[REDACTED] advised that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and Benjamin had been passing notes through the fence of the neighbors yard. [REDACTED] provided me with the notes which were discussing “how sexy” [REDACTED BY AGENCY] is and what their kids names would be and how much he loved her. [REDACTED] advised that in order for Benjamin to get to the location that they were passing notes that he had to trespass in multiple yards to do so due to fencing. [REDACTED] advised that he always comes super late at night and that he also has left [REDACTED BY AGENCY] some clothes and other gifts such as stuffed animals and his cologne.

[REDACTED BY AGENCY] had her phone taken away and she used her cousins phone to make contact with Benjamin and let him know not to come over anymore and that he needed to wait for her. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] advised that they had only been dating since May and that they had not had sexual intercourse yet per a text message that she sent from her cousins phone to Benjamin.

[REDACTED] was advised to make contact with Victim Witness to obtain information on how to obtain a temporary protective order. [REDACTED] was given a case report number and advised on how to obtain a copy.
