On 3/7/2026 around 0246hrs, I responded to [200 BLOCK] Van Rd in regards to abuse of 911. While enroute, I was advised by Cpl. Ziegler that the caller, Ms. Kimberly Green has called 911 multiple times. Cpl. Ziegler advised to place Ms. Green under arrest, see Cpl. Ziegler’s supplement.

Upon arrival, I made contact with the caller, Ms. Kimberly Green. There was a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from her. I advised Ms. Green she was under arrest for abuse of 911. Her hands were placed behind her back, in double locked handcuffs, checked for fit. She was searched incident to arrest and placed in the rear of my marked patrol vehicle. The rear of my vehicle was checked clear before and after transport. Ms. Green was transported to the Effingham County jail without incident.

Ms. Green was charged with OCGA 16-11-39.2(b)(4), Contact 911 with the intention to harass a communications officer.
