[NARRATIVE #1 on June 09, 2026]
On 9 June 2026 at 7:30 PM, I, PFC Bigelow responded to [10 BLOCK] Wood Creek Way Apt [REDACTED] in reference to a fight.
Upon my arrival, all parties involved were still on scene and arguing back and forth. I approached and asked what had happened. Alejandro Fonseca-Reyes, the complainant/victim, stated that he was outside of his house (The CFS location) with [WITNESS #1] and [WITNESS #2]. Jonathan Cisneros-Reyes, who is the brother of Mr. Fonseca-Reyes’ wife, pulled up in his truck, got out, pushed Mr. Fonseca-Reyes to the ground in the grass, and struck him in the face. He stated that he and his wife had an argument, and she must have left and made accusations about him to her brother, which prompted Mr. Cisneros-Reyes to come assault him.
I observed that Mr. Fonseca-Reyes had a small, barely noticeable welt on his forehead above his right eye, had grass stains on his shirt behind his right shoulder, and had some grass in his hair. I took photos and uploaded them into Axon.
I spoke to Mr. [WITNESS #1] and Mr. [WITNESS #2]. They both confirmed that Mr. Cisneros-Reyes pulled up, got out of his truck, and attacked Mr. Fonseca-Reyes in the manner described above. Mr. [WITNESS #1] added that he is the one who pulled Mr. Cisneros-Reyes off of Mr. Fonseca-Reyes.
Mr. Cisneros-Reyes did not deny any of the accusations, and stated that Mr. Fonseca-Reyes had been abusing his sister.
Based on the physical evidence, witness testimony, and Mr. Fonseca-Reyes wanting to press charges, I placed Mr. Cisneros-Reyes under arrest; I handcuffed his hands behind his back, checked for proper fit, and double locked the handcuffs. I then transported him to Floyd County Jail, where he was booked without incident.

[NARRATIVE #2 on June 09, 2026]
On Tuesday, June 9th, 2026 at approximately 2201 hours I, Pfc Weeks responded to the area of [10 BLOCK] WIlliamson Street in reference to neighbors and witnesses calling into E911 with what appears to be a fight among several individuals. The yelling caught their attention and thought someone was getting beaten up.
Once arriving to the residence of [10 BLOCK] Williamson Street, we located two males along with other family members outside the residence. One of the males was Alejandro Reyes, whom was a complainant to the other call Officer Bigelow addresses earlier on Wilkerson Road. Mr. Reyes was now at this location, appearing to be intoxicated and yelling for law enforcement to take him to jail.
The other male, [WITNESS #3] states he picked Mr. Reyes up from the residence law enforcement was at earlier and brought him to his house. He states Mr. Reyes, whom under the influence, then became agitated and wanted to leave the residence walking. With Mr. Reyes’s safety in mind, Mr. [WITNESS #3] was activated trying to stop him from leaving. It was clear while we were on scene that he was very emotional and irrational. Law Enforcement attempted several times to get Mr. Reyes help to return home and relax by having Mr. [WITNESS #3] agreeing to take him home. Instead, Mr. Reyes kept walking off into the road refusing anyone’s help.
During our exchange with him, he continued to be very loud, disturbing neighbors and using profanities. Mr. [WITNESS #3] even picked Mr. Reyes up and tried to place him in his vehicle, in an attempt to take him home. All Mr. Reyes did was refuse by getting louder and passively resist by not staying in the truck and working against Mr. [WITNESS #3]. I then decided Mr. Reyes was going to be placed under arrest for disorderly conduct. He was then hand-cuffed and taken to the Floyd County Jail without further incident.
