On the above date and time I, Cpl Wishart arrived at [10 BLOCK] Franklin St in reference to a suspicious person call.
Upon arrival I spoke with [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1] advised that her mother Angela Brumit just got out of jail and had a conditional bond to have no contact with her. [VICTIM #1] advised that Angela came to her residence and knocked on the door. [VICTIM #1] advised that [WITNESS #1] had came to her and told her that Angela was at their house. [VICTIM #1] stated that this put her into a state of panic and she began to black out. [VICTIM #1] stated she told Angela she could not be at her residence and Angela advised her that she was going to be at the lake near her residence.
I advised [VICTIM #1] that I would go to the lake and see if Angela was there. Upon searching for Angela, I was able to locate her at the lake off Lakeview Dr. I spoke with Angela and asked her if she had went to [VICTIM #1]’s residence and spoke with her. Angela advised she did. I asked Angela if she knew that she was not suppose to go to [VICTIM #1]’s residence or have any contact with [VICTIM #1]. Angela advised she did know. Angela stated “I didn’t want to be in nig*ertown after dark”.
I advised Angela she was under arrest and told her to stand up. Angela was placed in handcuffs and placed in the back of my patrol vehicle. Angela was transported to Floyd County Jail and was turned over to jail staff.
