On 05/02/2025 at 1750 hours, I (Officer Calcutt) responded to the area of Bells Ferry Road in reference to a suspicious male near the roadway. Dispatch advised that a white male wearing a blue shirt had his pants down and was touching his pe*is in full view of passing motorists. Officers located the male in the 400 block of Bells Ferry Road.

I observed the male, seated approximately 15 feet off the roadway. The male’s pants were down and around his ankles. I approached the male and saw that his pe*is was indeed exposed. I asked the male what he was doing at that location. The male identified himself as “Bo” (Christopher Bo Ellison). Christopher told me something to the effect of he was walking to cool down after getting in an argument with his wife. Christopher was hard to understand ad was severely slurring his speech. Christopher was told to stand up and put his pants back on. This seemed to be a difficult task for Christopher, as it took him more than a minute to do so. Christopher’s motor skills were clearly affected and he could barely stand on his own. I smelled the strong odor of alcohol coming from Christopher’s breath as he spoke to me. I asked Christopher if he had been drinking. Christopher advised he had been and did not specify how much.

I asked Christopher why his pants were down and told him what the 911 caller had stated. Christopher stated he had planned on pooping on the other side of Bells Ferry Road. I looked over and saw that the other side of the road was an open pasture. Christopher stated he then decided that he would try to poop on this side of the road (side where he was found). Christopher stated that was why he had pulled his pants down. I told Christopher that whichever side he went, he could still be seen from the road. I saw that Christopher’s pants were soaked and extremely dirty. Based on that I thought it possible that he had already soiled himself.

Christopher was arrested and charged with Public Indecency and Public Drunkenness. Christopher was handcuffed, double-locked, and checked for fit. Christopher was transported to the Floyd County Sheriff’s Office for fit. The vehicle’s backseat was cleared after leaving the jail.
