On the date and times listed I PFC World was dispatched to [100 BLOCK] Doyle Rd in reference to a Domestic altercation.
Upon arrival the suspected offender Coby Ashley had already left the scene, I then spoke with the complainants still at the residence [VICTIM #1], [WITNESS #1] and Shelby Vogler. I was advised by all that they were in the living room conversing, when Coby woke up and walked in and slapped Shelby. I was advised no words were said and he walked off, he shortly returned and slapped Shelby again. After this Shelby advised she stated she was leaving and attempted to get up and leave.
Coby then grabbed her and would not let her leave, she then was able to go to the room and attempted to start packing when Coby then began throwing her clothes from out the packaging and grabbing her. [WITNESS #2] the mother of Coby then agreed to drive [WITNESS #1] and Shelby to another location to try and deescalate the situation when Coby entered the vehicle. [WITNESS #1] and Shelby then exited the vehicle nd Coby and [WITNESS #2] left the residence.
I was unable to notice any markings or bruises on Shelby in the locations she advised she was struck. I then Spoke to [VICTIM #1] who advised there was a conditional bond in place where Coby is not to be around him. The bond was confirmed, I then was able to contact [WITNESS #2] through [VICTIM #1]’s phone and was advised Coby and her was currently at [20 BLOCK] Woodberry.
I then went and spoke with Coby and [WITNESS #2], [WITNESS #2] advised she did not see anything and could only hear Shelby and Coby arguing due to her being in her room at the time. Coby advised Shelby was actually the one who was physical with him due to her going through his phone and seeing other women Coby was contacting.
Coby did have very minor scratches and markings on his arms. I then advised Coby of the violation of the conditional bond and placed him under arrest checking for proper fit on the handcuffs before double locking.
Coby was then transported to the Floyd County Jail and Booked.
