On above date and time I PFC Bray was dispatched to [100 BLOCK] Morgan Drive in reference to a domestic altercation that is only verbal right now.
Upon arrival I made contact with Complainant ([VICTIM #1]) who stated her now ex-boyfriend (David Tatum) had total lost it. Mrs. [VICTIM #1] stated David kept trying to fight with her dad and is now walking off down the street. While speaking with Mrs. [VICTIM #1] she had called her dad over and he stated there was a protective order in place due to domestic violence. I asked dispatch was there a protective order in place for theses parties and dispatched advised me there is a conditional bond in place which states Mr Tatum is to have no contact with Mrs. [VICTIM #1]. Mr. Tatum was placed under arrest and escorted to the back of my patrol vehicle unit 64 and transported to Floyd County Jail, where he was checked and cleared by Jail Nurse.
While en-route to the jail Mr. Tatum stated over and over that Mrs. [VICTIM #1] had invited him over. Once at the Jail I asked Mr. Tatum how did he get to Mrs. [VICTIM #1]’s house and he stated that she had picked him up from Cartersville around 2100 hours. Around 2301 hours when I left the jail I contacted Mrs. [VICTIM #1] via telephone and asked her how did Mr. Tatum get to her house and she stated she did not know. I advised Mrs. [VICTIM #1] Mr. Tatum advised me that she had picked him up in Cartersville and she stated she did not and she have not left the house today.
