On the date and times listed I PFC World was dispatched to [10 BLOCK] Woods Rd in reference to a shooting.
I arrived on scene and made contact with multiple complainants, who advised they did not see the shooting but heard the gunfire. I then secured the scene around shell casings on the ground near apartment build [REDACTED] and the front of the apartment complex. I then spoke to [VICTIM #1] and [VICTIM #2] who advised they witnessed the shooting and [VICTIM #3], who had his Dodge Challenger hit by a round fired.
A investigator then arrived on scene and took over.
