On the above date and time I, Pfc Webb was dispatched to a theft in progress at [2600 BLOCK] Maple Rd. While in route I was advised that the suspect female had left the residence and was walking inbound on Maple Rd toward the city. The son of the victim was following the suspect and watched her go behind the house of [300 BLOCK] E 19th and then they lost sight.

I arrived on scene of [300 BLOCK] E 19th and spoke with the family of the victim and they advised me that while their father [VICTIM #1] was in the shower Donisha got into his pants and stole his wallet and keys. After speaking with them I went to try to locate Donisha behind he residence to where I met the owner and she gave myself and SGT Wade permission.

We made contact with [WITNESS #1] and advised him of the situation and he stated he had not seen Donisha. So at this point myself and Sgt Wade walked with [WITNESS #1] to the outbuilding where him and Donisha were staying. [WITNESS #1] pulled the curtain back and the room appeared empty until I looked under the bed where I observed Donisha under the bed clenching a wad of cash money. I advised for her to exit from under the bed and she was taken outside with Sgt Wade while I collected the money from under the bed.

After collecting the money I walked to the exterior of the building and counted it and it was the amount of 546.00. Sgt Wade read both parties their miranda rights to which they agreed to talk. The issue with the theft was address along with the possible narcotics that could be in the room because there was a plastic straw with a white residue laying in plain view on the bed.

While Sgt Wade interviewed them he asked for consent to search the room and [WITNESS #1] and Donisha agreed and signed a consent form as well during the interview Donisha was questioned about the 3,000.00 and she stated she had only taken the 546.00 that was recovered. A search of the room was conducted and nothing was discovered so at this point I went to follow up at the residence of [2600 BLOCK] Maple Rd.

Upon arrival I met with [VICTIM #1] and he advised that Donisha had came to the residence which was a normal occurrence and that Donisha offered him sex for money. [VICTIM #1] stated he declined and then after that the money was missing. [VICTIM #1] stated that he believed there was around 3,000.00 missing and I then advised him I was able to recover 546.00 that Donisha had on her person. After gathering the information for the report I went back to [300 BLOCK] E 19th.

Upon arrival I placed Donisha under arrest where she was then transported to Floyd County Jail where she was booked.

Handcuffs checked for fit and double locked
