[NARRATIVE #1 on March 13, 2026]

On March 13th, 2026, I, PFC Bethune was called to an administrator’s office in reference to an event to took place on the bus ramp on the evening of March 12th, 2026. All the information we received came from a report that a counselor took about a [REDACTED BY AGENCY] on the date mentioned.

On the video I observed 2 students, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and Jimenez Gomez on the bus ramp. While on the bus ramp the 2 students were sitting on benches separated but when the adults outside went inside the male student looked over to see if they were gone and when he observed that they were he walked over to the female student. Once in front of the female student he reaches down but I could not make out what happened but the female student looked up at him and they he proceeded to sit beside her where she then leaned over on him 2 separate times.

After watching the video and determining nothing had happened we spoke with the female student who stated that he walked over and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and then when he sat down beside her she leaned over to prevent him from [REDACTED BY AGENCY].

Once we finished speaking with the female we spoke with male and when he walked into the room he said that he messed up. I did not speak to him but I let the administrator speak and when he asked about how he messed up the student stated that when the female student [REDACTED BY AGENCY].

Due to the student’s spontaneous utterance I placed Jimenez under arrest on the charge of sexual battery.

PFC Gravell then arrived on campus where he took Jimenez into custody and to the Floyd County Jail.

This is a supplemental report to Officer Bethune’s initial report.

On March 13, 2026, I arrived at the Rome High School, located at 1000 Veteran Memorial Hwy. I made contact with Officer Bethune. I took custody of Jacob Gomez. I transported him to the Floyd County Jail, where he was booked without incident.
