[NARRATIVE #1 on July 26, 2026]

On the above date I responded to [40 BLOCK] Dugger Rd in responce to a possible active break-in. When I arrived I spoke to [VICTIM #1] and [WITNESS #1]. Both states that while playing the game machines at Hwy 27 ventures when [VICTIM #1]’s ex FOWLER, JESSE TRENT became angry at them. Both state Jesse was drunk and blaming them for Jesse losing his phone. They left the store and went to [40 BLOCK] Dugger but jesse followed. This is when an argument broke out and Jesse hits [VICTIM #1] in the face breaking her glasses.

I did observe [VICTIM #1] glasses in the yard broken. [VICTIM #1] did have a red mark on the side of her face and I also saw a cut on her left forearm. The cut was obviously not from finger nails and looked to be from a knife, [VICTIM #1] could not tell me how she got it. I then began to search the area for jesse to no avail.

Later that night Jesse was arrested on a arrest warrant I read him Miranda rights and asked him about the incident. Jesse states that he was upset with [VICTIM #1] and an argument did break out at the dugger address. Jesse then states that [VICTIM #1] cut him with a knife and he ran into the woods and feel asleep. Jesse did have a cut above his left eye. Jesse states he was drunk and couldnt remember exactly what happened.

I tried to contact [VICTIM #1] again to no avail

It was later found out that Jesse has a no contact order againts [VICTIM #1] confirmed through the jail.

[NARRATIVE #2 on July 26, 2026]

On 07-26-2026 at approximately 2025 hours, I (Officer Shaw) noticed a male, Jesse Trent Fowler, walking north on Old Dalton Rd. The night before Jesse was involved in a physical altercation with his girlfriend. (Report from the night prior: 260700313PD ) I knew Jesse had charges and that the lead officer (Officer Carpenter) from the night prior was taking a warrant for his arrest. I contacted Officer Carpenter to see if he had gotten the warrant signed, he stated he was on his way to get it signed.

With this information I staged near the area I saw Jesse and waited for conformation that the warrant was signed. During this time I saw Jesse go to the residence of [SINGLE DIGIT BLOCK] Green Acre Rd, once I received conformation that the warrant was signed I proceeded to that address to make contact with Jesse.

I pulled into the driveway and Jesse was standing in the front yard, I called out to him and had him walk over to my car. I told Jesse to turn around and that he was under arrest, I applied my handcuffs to Jesse’s wrist, checked for fit, and double locked them. I informed Jesse of his warrant and told him it was a warrant for what had taken place the night prior. Jesse understood and wanted to make a statement on what happened the night prior, I then read him his miranda rights and allowed him to make his statement.

Jesse stated he was intoxicated and was in a verbal dispute with his girlfriend, he claimed that during their argument she pulled a knife on him and hit him with the knife causing a laceration above his eyebrow, in which he did have a cut above his left eyebrow. He then claimed after she did that he slapped her across the face and left the scene, he stated he simply walked into a wooded area next to the house and fell asleep somewhere in the woods.

I informed Jesse that the officer who took the warrant would be on scene shortly and he could inform him of that information as well. While we waited for Officer Carpenter I searched Jesse incident to arrest. After Officer Carpenter arrived on scene and spoke with Jesse, Officer Carpenter handed me the warrant and I placed Jesse in the back seat of my patrol vehicle and transported Jesse to the Floyd County Jail without incident and released him to the deputies at the jail.

Handcuffs checked for fit and double locked
Backseat cleared before and after transport
