On the above date I responded to [REDACTED] in response do a domestic, when I arrived I spoke to [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1] states that her fiance ALLMON, JOHN CONELL cornered here in the bathroom grabbed her then hit the side of her face making her fall to the ground while she was holding her 8 month old baby [REDACTED] When asked for more detail [VICTIM #1] states that herself and John were in a verbal argument, John got very upset and threw all of her stuff of the bed in anger. [VICTIM #1] states she then picked up [REDACTED] and walked into into the bathroom to get away from John.
John followed her and began cornering then into a corner of the bathroom, screaming at them. This is when [VICTIM #1] states that John grabbed her by the arms. [VICTIM #1] admits that she was scared and slapped john on the face to try to get him away from them, This is when John hit her on the right side of the head causing her to fall to the ground, all of this while she was holding the baby. [VICTIM #1] states that John then left and this is when she called 911. I did observed a read mark on the side of [VICTIM #1]’s head.
John was later found across from [REDACTED], placed under arrest checking for fit of handcuffs and double locked, and read Miranda rights. John states that all three of them have been on Radio Springs Rd when an argument occurred. [VICTIM #1] slapped him then [VICTIM #1] mother picked her and the child up from the location. When asked about the mark on [VICTIM #1] John stated that he no longer wished to speak to me. John was transported to the jail without issue.
