On the above date and time I, Cpl Wishart arrived at [400 BLOCK] Dewberry Ln in reference to a domestic call.

Upon arrival I spoke with with [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1] advised that her daughter Michelle Morris had done methamphetamine 3 days prior and was acting crazy. [VICTIM #1] advised Michelle had pushed her and that she had video from the incident. [VICTIM #1] then showed me the video on her cellphone. The video showed Michelle charging at [VICTIM #1] stopping at the doorway and then the video showed Michelle pushing [VICTIM #1] from a doorway toward a couch in the living room and then onto the couch. I asked [VICTIM #1] where Michelle was. [VICTIM #1] advised Michelle was in the back bedroom.

I went to the back bedroom and knocked on the door. I heard dogs barking and Michelle talking. I could not understand what Michelle was saying due to the dogs barking. I told Michelle to open the door. Michelle refused and continued talking.

Once I was able to open the door, I saw Michelle sitting on the floor. Michelle had her breasts revealed, I asked Michelle several times to put on a shirt. Michelle refused several times and was acting in a manic manor. Michelle finally put a shirt on. I advised Michelle to stand up. I advised Michelle she was under arrest and I would take her to the hospital to be checked out.

Michelle was placed in the back of my patrol vehicle. When I closed the door to my patrol vehicle, Michelle began yelling “I have drugs up my a*s”. While en route to Atrium Health Floyd, Michelle stated she did not need or want to go to the hospital. Michelle was then transported to Floyd County Jail and turned over to jail staff.
