At approximately 2150 hours on Saturday July 4, 2026, I was dispatched to [SINGLE DIGIT BLOCK] Klassing Street in reference to a female, Sarah Browning, being there causing a problem after having been banned on July 2, 2026 by Officer Rains.
Upon arrival, I made contact with Sarah and several other people, one being the complainant/ victim [VICTIM #1]. Sarah was on the walkway that led from the road to the front porch. While making my way to the front porch to speak with Ms. [VICTIM #1], Sarah stated that she was just going to go inside the house and get her belongings. I told her she was not, but she attempted to do so anyways. I grabbed a hold of her and placed her against the outside wall of the residence to put her in handcuffs.
As I was starting to put her in handcuffs, she pulled away from me and attempted to hit another female that was yelling at her from just inside the doorway. I regained control of her and asked Officer Tanner, who arrived on scene the same time I did, to come up to the porch and help me hold onto her while I got her in handcuffs. Once she was in handcuffs, I placed her in the rear passenger seat of my patrol vehicle.
I then transported her to the Floyd County Jail without incident. Once at the jail I was informed by jail staff that Sarah had an active no contact conditional bond on her with the person she is to have no contact with being Ms. [VICTIM #1]. Due to the no contact conditional bond, I charged Sarah with Aggravated Stalking.
