On the above date I responded to 2995 Cedartown Hwy in response to a man cursing and screaming at costumers.
When I arrived I spoke to HIGHFIELD, TERRY MARCUS JR. Terry was “Hyped up” he began screaming at me and talking in nonsense words. He also stated that he was Al capon. When asked about the story he stated that they told him to leave and refused to sell him cigarettes. I detained Terry without issue checking the fit of handcuffs and double locking them and went to speak to the clerk who stated that Terry was told to leave because of him screaming and cursing, but refused to at first then later stated that he would be back.
I placed Terry under arrest and transported him to jail without issue. A Formal criminal trespass form was filled out for Terry.
