On above date and time I Pfc McCormick was dispatched to the area of Fosters Mill Rd and 411 for a suspicious male walking down the road.
Upon arrival I observed Tyler Huffman walking in the middle of the roadway. Upon making contact with him He began to cuss and yell profanities at me because he was mad I was in a car and he did not have one. He continued to yell and cuss me in the roadway in front of houses At this point I placed him into custody and upon doing so he stated that he would “beat my a*s”. I then got him into the back of the car and he informed me that he was going to kill me. Tyler was then transported to Floyd County Sheriffs Office for booking.
