On Thursday, June 12, 2025, at approximately 12:00 am I Officer C Jacobson #84 responded to [100 BLOCK] Sawnee Drive inside of Cumming Georgia 30040, in reference to a domestic disturbance with injuries, which resulted in a report being made and a warrant being obtained.
When I arrived at the above-listed address on the above-listed date and time, I met with the Homeowner identified as [WITNESS #1], While Lt A Hodgkins#10 located and spoke to a female identified as [VICTIM #1] who had excessive injuries to her nose and gash to the left side of her face. While he called Ems for [VICTIM #1] I asked [WITNESS #1] what happened and she stated that she had no idea and that she went inside of her home to clean and the next thing she knew she heard a loud bang and then came outside to a flipped over table and her friend [VICTIM #1] and daughter in law Allison Braswell walking to separate directions.
[WITNESS #1] stated that she was just having them over to hang out and that everything was fine when she went into the home but when she came back out of the house she witnessed both of her guests leaving in separate directions and blood on her front porch. [WITNESS #1] was able to call Allison who stated that there was nothing to report and that she refused to come back to the home. Allison also was not willing to meet at another location to give her statement. I was later discovered that Allison already had warrants out of Lumpkin County for battery.
Officer Jacobson then left the scene and met with the victim [VICTIM #1] at the North Side Forsyth Hospital. [VICTIM #1] stated that she did not know exactly what happened. She stated that her and Allison were sitting at the table on the front porch of the home when she was trying to give Allison advice and informed her that she could not continue to live the same life that she is currently living now because it was time for her to grow up. [VICTIM #1] then stated that the next thing she knew she was lying on the ground and when she attempted to get up Allison with a closed fist struck her in the face again before taking off and running in a different direction.
[VICTIM #1] stated that she was missing several items from her purse such as car keys and glasses she also stated that one of her three cell phones was broken and the other two were missing.
Pictures were taken and uploaded to RMS by Officer C Jacobson#84
A warrant was obtained for Allison for OCGA 16-5-24 Aggravated Battery.
