On July 23rd, 2026, I Officer A. Williams, was dispatched to 5805 State Bridge Rd(Hobby Lobby), for a call in reference to a shoplifting already occurred.

Upon my arrival, I was approached by Mr. [WITNESS #1], who is in charge of loss prevention. Mr. [WITNESS #1] stated he had a shoplifting suspects inside the location. He saw them enter the store, walk down aisles and take things off the shelf placing them into their bags. They then passed all points of sale without paying for the items. I then witnessed Amara Roiz attempting to leave Hobby Lobby without paying for the items she had located in her pink bag (Body Camera Recorded).

I then spoke to Amara and her friends (Caprece Brown and Lisa Moore) who admitted to shoplifting, by placing muiltiple items in their bags (QTY: 15 JEWELRY MAKING OAN:108500000 Total:$106.45 QTY: 10 PAPER CRAFTS OAN:105100000Total:$89.04, QTY: 4 ART OAN:101000000 Total:$26.46,QTY: 2 Crafts OAN:105000000 Total:$25.67, Grand Total = 247.62)(all items recovered and returned to Hobby Lobby) and attempting to flee the store.

Amara, Caprece and Lisa were cited for Theft By Shoplifting $500 or less (OCGA 16-8-14 (B)(1) (E161335,E161336,E161337). Their court date is set for August 25, 2026, at 14:00 hrs, at the Johns Creek Municipal Court.

Amara, Caprece and Lisa were served with criminal trespass warnings (Banned From Hobby Lobby), with a signed copy handed into the JCPD records department.

They were handcuffed double locked and checked for fit. They were transported to the Forsyth County Jail, where they were handed over to the deputies without incident.

Mr. [WITNESS #1] was provided with my card and case number, along with a link to evidence.com. During the duration of my interview and investigation, my Axon body camera was recording.
