On 8 January 2025 I, Detective Henson, received a call from [WITNESS #1], reporting her belief that her grandchildren were being molested by their non biological father, Gary Wayne Raper, in Ellijay Georgia.
Mrs. [WITNESS #1] said her daughter, [REDACTED], and her husband, Gary Wayne Raper, were in the process of getting a divorce due to ongoing domestic violence. Mrs. [WITNESS #1] said the children are currently with their mother at an undisclosed location in Fannin County. Mrs. [WITNESS #1] said the children go to the suspect’s location for unsupervised weekend visitation.
Mrs. [WITNESS #1] said that she often has video interactions with her grandchildren, and during the communication the 5 year old granddaughter [REDACTED BY AGENCY], disclosed about daddy Gary doing the weiner dance, getting it from little to big.
I asked Mrs. [WITNESS #1] if she or anyone else had filed a Department of Family and Children Services report about the alledged abuse. Mrs. [WITNESS #1] said she had this date.
