On May 19, 2026, I, Deputy Cooper, badge #521, was assigned to the Gilmer County Sheriff’s Office UPD. I was dispatched at approximately 0410 hours to a disturbance at [600 BLOCK] New Hope Club Road. I responded code 1, non-emergency (no lights/no sirens).

I arrived on scene at approximately 0422 hours. When I arrived on scene, the suspect, identified as (Jesse Crump), had left the residence, so Sgt. Humphries, Cpl. Sawyer, Deputy Ledford, Deputy Parks, and I began searching around the property for Mr. Crump. We were unable to locate Mr. Crump. After looking for Mr. Crump, I went into the residence and spoke with [VICTIM #1] and [VICTIM #2].

Mrs. [VICTIM #1] stated that she woke up to Mr. Crump screaming, cussing, and making loud banging noises. Mrs. [VICTIM #1] stated that she told Mr. Crump she would call the law. Mrs. [VICTIM #1] then stated that Mr. Crump stated that if she called the cops, he would beat her a*s and then left the residence on foot. Ms. [VICTIM #1] also stated that Mr. Crump would sneak into the residence when Mr. [VICTIM #2] and Mrs. [VICTIM #1] were sleeping.

I asked Mrs. [VICTIM #1] if she knew where Mr. Crump went, but she was unsure. Sgt. Humphries, Cpl. Sawyer, Deputy Ledford, and Deputy Parks left the residence and proceeded to search for Mr. Crump nearby, but were unable to locate Mr. Crump. Due to Mr. Crump violating his bond conditions by being at [600 BLOCK] New Hope Club Road, Mr. Crump will be charged with two counts aggravated stalking (O.C.G.A 16-5-91) one count for Mrs. [VICTIM #1] and one count for Mr. [VICTIM #2].
