On January 14th at approximately 02:57 I, Deputy C. Jump was dispatched to [100 BLOCK] 23rd Street in reference to a fight. I responded code 1 in a marked patrol car unit #1018 no lights, no sirens along with Sgt. Blaylock and Deputy White. I responded code 1 due to both parties being separated.
On my arrival I met with [VICTIM #1] and [VICTIM #2]. [VICTIM #1] said Lisa Michelle Sledge wes staying the night with her and her daughter [VICTIM #2]. [VICTIM #1] told me Lisa was woke up by their cat and Lisa became very upset and screaming. [VICTIM #1] said Lisa threw an object at her TV busting the screen.
[VICTIM #2] said Lisa moved toward her in an aggressive manner with a rolling pen in her hand and struck her on the left side of her face gashing the skin open and bleeding. I asked [VICTIM #2] if she needed a med unit and she said no. [VICTIM #2] said her son was going to take her to the hospital.
Both victims were given victim’s pamphlets with this case number. All units patrolled the area trying to locate Lisa with no luck finding her. I took out the following warrants for Lisa.

Felony, Aggravated Assault.
OCGA- 16-5-21 - Warrant #23-45FW
Felony, Criminal Damage to property, second degree.
