On 25 November 2024 I, Detective Henson, met with victim [VICTIM #1] and her mother [WITNESS #1] at the Gilmer County Sheriff’s CID office. [VICTIM #1] wanted to make a report regarding a historical molestation, which happened to her when she was 13 years old. [VICTIM #1]’s mother, [WITNESS #1], wanted to have the incident recorded due to [VICTIM #1] having emotional issues with what happened to her at 13 years old.
[VICTIM #1] told me that she had sex with a 17 year old male when she was 13 years old. [VICTIM #1] said that at the time she didn’t think much about it but now realizes it was wrong for this to have occurred. [VICTIM #1] said she is experiencing negative emotions, and wants this documented. [VICTIM #1] stated she didn’t tell her parents who the person was back then, because she didn’t know better.
I spoke with [VICTIM #1] and she provided me the name and date of birth of the suspect, Santiago Loarka Ramirez. I researched the reporting system and found basic information on the suspect to enable attempts to contact him.
I will attempt to make contact with the suspect to schedule an interview.
